These Terms govern your relationship with AG Communications Ltd as the operator of the Spin Rio service made available to players in the United Kingdom via the website located at spinrio.bet (the "Website"). By creating an account, accessing or using any products or services on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Bonus Policy, Responsible Gaming information and any game- or promotion-specific rules published on the Website.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification

Account Security and Responsibility

- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must immediately change your password and notify us via the contact channels on the Website. We may temporarily block your Account while we investigate.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay
- Game rules: Each Game on the Website is governed by its own rules, paytables and instructions, as displayed within the Game interface. By placing a Bet, you agree to be bound by the applicable Game rules as well as these Terms.
- Randomness and fairness: Casino and slot Games use a certified random number generator ("RNG") or live dealer equipment to determine outcomes. - Server records: In the event of any discrepancy between the outcome displayed on your device and the records on our systems or those of our game providers, the latter shall prevail, subject always to your statutory rights and the oversight of the UKGC.
Placing Bets and Limits
- Placing a Bet: A Bet is considered placed once you confirm it on the Game interface and it is accepted and registered by our servers. Once accepted, a Bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed by you.

Errors, Malfunctions and Cancellations
- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at odds, stakes, paytables or Game parameters that are clearly incorrect due to an obvious error or technical fault, we may void the Bet and return the stake to your Real Money Balance, or settle it at the correct terms where appropriate and lawful.
- Technical interruptions: If your connection is interrupted during a Game, the outcome of any Bet already placed and accepted will be determined using our systems and the game provider's records. Any winnings due will be credited to your Account once the Game is completed on our servers.
- Malfunction: In the event of a total system failure or malfunction that invalidates a Game round, the Bet will be void and your stake will be returned. We will not be liable for any losses beyond the amount of the stake, subject to the Limitation of Liability section.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully in any live casino, chat or similar interactive feature. Insults, harassment, discriminatory language, threats, spamming, promotion of illegal activities, or any other abusive conduct are strictly prohibited.
- No collusion or cheating: You must not attempt to collude with other Players, manipulate outcomes, use automated software (bots), exploit bugs or errors, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage. We may void Bets, withhold funds and close Accounts where we reasonably suspect cheating or collusion.
- Monitoring and moderation: Chat and live interactions may be recorded and monitored for security, moderation and regulatory purposes. We may remove chat messages and restrict access to chat or live features in case of misuse.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Principles
- Supplementary rules: Bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms, the specific terms of each offer and our Bonus Policy as published at https://spinrio.bet/info/bonus-policy/. In case of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail over the general Bonus Policy, and the Bonus Policy prevails over this section.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to registered Players with a verified Account using the Spin Rio service on spinrio.bet. Certain offers may be restricted to particular Player segments or payment methods as stated in the relevant promotion.
- Non-transferable: Bonuses and free spins are personal to you, have no cash value, and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged.
Bonus Activation and Wagering

Prohibited Games and Bonus Abuse

Combining Promotions
- No automatic combination: Unless explicitly permitted in the relevant promotion, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Only one active welcome or first-deposit Bonus may apply to your Account at any one time.
- Priority of offers: Where multiple eligible offers could apply, we may determine the order in which they are granted and used, or may require you to choose a single offer, as set out in the Bonus Policy.

Deposits

- Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit. If this is not possible, we may request an alternative method that meets our AML obligations and internal policies.
- Processing times: We aim to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. The overall time to receive funds will depend on the completion of verification checks and the processing times of your bank or payment provider.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Adjustments
- Refunds of deposits: Deposits are not usually refundable once used for gambling. In exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, and subject to regulatory and AML obligations, we may agree to refund unused deposits to the original payment method.
- Voided Bets and Games: If we void a Bet or Game due to a technical error, malfunction or other reason in accordance with these Terms, we will return the stake to your Real Money Balance. If winnings have already been credited, we may reverse those winnings and adjust your balance accordingly.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a transaction with your payment provider, we may suspend or close your Account, withhold funds and recover any amounts improperly refunded to you, including any costs or fees we incur, in compliance with applicable law.
Dormant and Inactive Accounts
- Dormant status: If your Account registers no login, deposit, withdrawal or Bet for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, it may be classified as a Dormant Account.
- Dormant fee: For Dormant Accounts with a positive Real Money Balance, we may charge a monthly maintenance fee of £5, which will be deducted from your Real Money Balance on or shortly after each monthly anniversary of the Account becoming dormant. We will not charge this fee if it would reduce your Real Money Balance below zero.
- Reactivation and refunds: You can reactivate your Account at any time by logging in or contacting us via the Website. Upon justified request, we may consider refunding Dormant Account fees that have been charged in respect of periods during which you were unable to use your Account for valid reasons, subject to regulatory and AML constraints.
Limitation of Liability
Our Obligations
